Ash, what a an amazing, phenomenal way to round off what's been a thoroughly enjoyable Snatterton. Ah, what more do you want? Seeing Nick stand on the podium was awesome, won't it? I mean, forgetting about my results and everything. That's uh tremendous effort for Nick. Where he's come from, what he's achieved, it's awesome. I mean, it got broke me, Gordon, and Tom there. We all end up in tears there clapping him. So yeah, no, it's awesome, it's great to see.

He has, he and he thoroughly deserves it for 100%. I wouldn't want to drive how his car is. I've stuck my head in in any car team that he's driven for, I've stuck my head in and saw the setup and the configuration. I've heard drivers drive his car for him and they said it is very hard. Yeah, I mean, what way, what better way to sort of round off the weekend with a proper touring car race at the end? Me and Gordon went hell for level with each other at the end. Really clean, proper touring car racing. So yeah, I I tried to use my one lap as efficient as possible and try and make the move. Nearly paid off into turn one, but not quite enough. So yeah, speed works, laser tools, MB there, all deserves that.

Gordon made that Toyota, probably the widest Toyota I've seen uh in a touring car.

I mean he's the most experienced guy here on the on that front, isn't he? So let's uh let's not take that away. He's a phenomenal driver, he knows how to defend, he knows how to position a car. So I gave it everything I had, I didn't have anything left in the tank.

Yeah, 100%. Obviously, very aware of where Tom got to, especially at the very first few laps when he was on P10. I was like, oh, he's gonna be here soon then. But luckily he got held up a little bit longer. Um but yeah, that last lap he came at me down the back straight um and into two and whatnot. But we we hung on, we hung on in there and just had enough left.

It's been a weekend of three T's, hasn't it? Temperature, tires, and toker boost.

Yeah, I I think it's the first time we're probably seeing it come into effect. Brands, for whatever reason, we could overcome it with performance from the car. I mean, you can't overcome a six or seven mile an hour difference or whatever it is, six or seven K down the back straight. Um that's just impossible. It's like nine tenths round here on a no-lap to TTB lap. So yeah, not much we could have done there for for a lap. But it's great to see how it now folds how it's gonna sort of unfold. We're going to Auton Park, that's gonna be a killer there. Yeah, um and yeah, definitely being hot in the car, t temperature rise, and yeah, what a great weekend.
