Well Dan that was uh an eventful uh is that a good word to use eventful race two here at Thruxton. It certainly was eventful. Uh I had my fair share of of uh of bits to digest there. Got lucky in a couple of ways as well. I've had a great start, made some really good moves to come through and pick my moments, uh used the boost well, some really nice overtakes, but uh also had a few heart in mouth moments. A lot of the guys are cutting the corner at Goodwood, you might have seen it on the TV. Um it's a line in the past that I've liked and used well. Uh I tried to use it today twice, and twice I I thought this is it for me, I'm going around here, and I just managed to not by still, just by luck, catch it. And after the second time I did it, I thought I'm not doing that yet, it's not worth it because I'm gonna crash this car if I'm not careful. So that was heart in mouth. But the rest of it, I mean, we were terribly in race one, I don't think there's anybody beating around the bush, really bad. We we changed a lot overnight, and for whatever reason we we went completely the wrong way, or something changed. So then we re-engineered it again, and now it's massively back in the right direction, and that shows. I mean, we've we fell from fourth to seventh, and now we've driven back to the podium. Alright, we got lucky with a penalty there, but we would have been in fourth, and you know, the two Play-Ho cars really drove off away from us in race one, and we've just done the same at them in race two. So I think it shows that when the car's in the right window, how much difference it makes, you know, no driver can drive round it. Um put me back in a nice window, and I've managed to get a result for the team. So let's see, and now we start in a good position as the last one, apparently. Um, you know, fourth starting fourth with fourth place boost. So let's see if we can have a sensible finish for the you know what's been a decent weekend so far. It felt like a proper touring car race because there was a bit of elbows out, I think, is the way we're supposed to say it, isn't it? Honestly, I thought it was really nice, and and Cook on the podium said the same. You know, it's nice that we, you know, that I think everyone was respectful, you know, side by side, we're leaving each other just enough room. Yes, it's close, yes, there's a bit of touching, but it's not, it's just close, it's not there's no intent or issue there. Um me and Josh had a good race at the end. I think he's right, I think I think the racing's been really good. I think everyone's trying to keep their head and do what they can, um, which is nice. And it's nice as well that the boost is not as uh it is powerful, but then there's also times when when when people haven't got it, you can kind of have a bit of a race, like the old days, which is quite nice. Um, you know, I think a lot of the other takes that we have to do sometimes are all boost related. Around here, it's not like we're getting you kind of get there and then you run out of steam, so you've kind of got to do it on the brakes at the end, which is which is obviously what the crowd wants to see. Nice drive, Dan, and good luck from P4. That's a nice one, isn't it?
