Yeah, uh yeah, I think so. You know, we've done quite a lot of work from Thruxton. Thruxton we took a stage forward with the car. Um and it felt really good in FB1. You know, a few issues um over the curbs. You know, this is the first time we've really had to attack curbs in anger with with this car. So both Adam and I are suffering in a couple of areas, so there's time to find, which is great. Um, but we should be fast, we've got 20 seconds of deployment, remember, so because we're both Pinower in the championship. So, you know, I I want I expected to be at the front. Uh we had the pace to to be the fastest car on the grip, you know, on the track then, which is great. Um you know, Adam and I within the same tenth of a second, which is really, really good. Um, yeah, so yeah, really nice start to the day.

Um it's a 50-second lap and some brutal curbs at the Chicane, isn't it? I mean you you do have to concentrate. I know some drivers going around the Chicane shut their eyes when they go into two wheels, don't they?

Yeah, well, I I I can tell you now both Catacline Play So racing drivers are doing exactly the same. Um, it's a fantastic I love this place, it's it's amazing, you know, it's it reminds me of Carton, you know, that lots and lots of car tracks are sort of within the 38 to 50 second lap time range. Um and it is just like you know, it it's like that feeling, you know, you're you're thrown around in the car and you've got to really focus on what you're doing. But um yeah, I was pleasantly surprised, you know. We we've had a few issues with the car, you know, just to start the season, and I was quite nervous because I thought those issues would manifest themselves here, but it just it's just testament to how hard everyone at the team, you know, back at base, everyone at Casclean Plato has has worked because um we've clearly fixed a lot of those issues from earlier in the year. So yeah, it's really really good. You know, it's it's everyone's got the pecker up a little bit, so hopefully one for a good qualifying later today.

The final corner, the tight right hander that then brings you up the hill, can make or break a lap, can't it? You need to carry speed through there and and get back on uh on the throttle really quickly.

Yeah, I mean obviously it's traction is is is king with front-wheel drive, so you know all of the laws of physics are are against 95% of the grid. There's only three BNWs out there now, so yeah, it is a really tricky corner, but I'm really pleased to say that the car was phenomenal. You know, that's the best car I've had ever come out of that hairpin, you know, and and testament to how hard everyone's worked. So you know, we're we're we're paying the price a little bit in the high speed at turn one, it's really on edge. Um, but you know, everything's really on edge at Knock Hill, so you've just got to kind of bite the bullet and go with it.

Uh but we don't race till quarter past eleven tomorrow. Uh I'm gonna go with it's gonna be a sunny weekend or a dry weekend with a bit of drizzle. Probably when we're sat on the grid.
