I know, I know. I could I could see Flash doing his bloody rain dance in the car. No, I was desperate for it not to rain because you know we've got enough going on at the minute. We don't need to add another another spanner in the works, but no, it's really, really good. Really, really pleased for Adam. He's rode phenomenal all day, um, you know, and he's had a little just a little bit of pace on us in both those runs there. Um so yeah, we just need to go away and find a bit more time, but you know, it's really encouraging for tomorrow.

Two things to pick up on the the start where there was perhaps a little bit of a coming together, you know, better than I will, uh, and then forcing Gordon really to do his best defensive driving at the end.

Yeah, I mean, you know, I I we decided as a team one of those cars needs to come across the line first. So Adam got a pretty good start. I had a really good start, a better start than Flash. Obviously, Gordon's gonna protect the inside, so I just thought, you know what, we're gonna go around the outside and see what happens. I picked up a bit of marbles, and then we had a little bit of just a little bit of contacts uh through three, which has just taken the steering out ever so slightly. So we were suffering with a lot more understanding than I liked. But you know, it was a great race, it was proper touring car racing, and then you know, Flash, he had a I think he had an issue with his gearbox, he said, or either that or he made a mistake into the hip, and it gave me a chance to get alongside him. But again, no cigar. We had to go there.

Moments like these, I think back to the beginning of the season where expectation was high and of course great achievement, and then then you hit the dip bit, and it's it's been a struggle, it's been hard work, a lot of concentration, a lot of work by you and the team. Does this make up for that?

Yeah, you know, I think at the end of the day, any new project has its highs and lows. It's been a really, really, really tough year for many, many reasons. You know, we there isn't enough time until the end of time to go through that. So we'll just brush over it for now. But yeah, we've had a lot of issues, and there's been a lot of things with the car that haven't worked the way we thought they would. Um, you know, and we're a new business, we're a new team with staff that we're getting to know and people that we're we're learning to you know trying to understand and trying to give people what they need to be good and to do well at their job. And you know, uh it yeah, it's a really proud moment to see both cars on you know in the top three for quality race at Knock Hill, especially when we genuinely thought this would be our bogey track. You know, we came into this weekend with Christ, this is gonna be a tough one. So it still may be, it's Nock Hill. Um but all things considered so far it looks really good.

As a minimum, you know, we need to try and get a get a race win. It'd be lovely, you know, uh one of us in race one to I think race one is the the best race to win now with a new format with uh having to use a harder tie in race two and all that kind of stuff. So uh yeah, I it would be lovely to get a race win um for one of the cars. I'd love a win obviously, and yeah, we we need to go home with a couple of podiums to all, that's for sure.
